Upcoming Youth Events
January 6th - Nerf Game Night! (6th-8th grade): Starts at 6:30 in the Gym.
January 11th - Confirmation Night: Starts at 6:30 in the Upper Room on 3rd floor.
January 15th - 2012 Mission Trip Meeting For Parents and Youth: Starts at 10am during Sunday School, in the Upper Room on 3rd Floor. We are going to Kansas City, Kansas this year! Come and join us to get all the info.
January 18th - Youth Night (6th-12th grade): Starts at 6:30pm. We are ordering Pizzas and coming up with ideas for Skit night at the Winter Retreat! We will also be discussing UMY's plans and activities. Bring $5.00 for food and drinks.
January 21st - Parents Night Out Fundraiser (8th-12th grade): Youth will be providing baby-sitting services from 2:00 - 10:00pm while Parents enjoy some time to themselves.
January 27th-29th - Winter Retreat at Koronis (All Ages): Our theme this year is United Methodist Faith, and we will be discussing what it means to be a Methodist. Registration forms are available on the Church website as well as in the Church office.
February 3rd-5th - UMY's (9th-12th grade): UMY's is a weekend retreat for United Methodist youth in grades 9-12. The youth and their adult leaders spend a weekend singing, praising God, and participating in activities with workshop presenters and inspirational speakers. It is also a time for youth to meet, form new friendships, and strengthen existing bonds. This year UMY's is taking place at the Doubletree by Hilton in Minneapolis. Reservations need to be in by January 15th to be able to sign up! Cost is $150.00 per youth, and we will need to have at least 5 youth signed up to participate. So invite your friends!

February 18th - Youth Night (6th-12th grade): Starts at 6:30pm. We are meeting at McRae Park to play some Broomball! There will be snacks and Hot Cocoa provided. If anyone will be needing a ride, please let me know so I can make arrangements. Thanks.
